Score Crazy ("we", "us", or "the platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all use of Score Crazy's services.

If any unauthorized transaction occurs on your account, notify Score Crazy's support team immediately. However, members are responsible for all transactions made from their authorized devices.

Score Crazy processes transactions in Bangladesh via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking, as well as direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require 30–45x wagering on the deposit + bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: The wagering requirement must be completed within 7–30 days of receiving the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Voucher Code: Each voucher code is for one-time, personal use only.

If Score Crazy determines that a member has abused a bonus (e.g., multiple people in the same household claiming the same bonus, or using draw bets to meet wagering requirements), Score Crazy reserves the right to void that bonus and any associated winnings.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Score Crazy and are binding on all members equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled after odds have been set, the stake will be refunded.
• Score Crazy is not liable for disconnections during live betting; any bet already confirmed remains valid.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Score Crazy reserves the right to void that bet.
• Score Crazy reserves the right to set betting limits for any member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Score Crazy platform. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device.
• Bonus Fraud: Providing false information or manipulating the system to obtain bonuses.
• Software Use: Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to a third party.
• False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's name or a false identity.
• System Hacking: Any unauthorized attempt to access Score Crazy's servers, software, or databases.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.

Both Score Crazy and members have the right to close an account, though the process differs for each.

Member-Initiated Closure: You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) can be withdrawn.

Closed by Score Crazy: Score Crazy may close or suspend an account in cases of rule violations, fraud, or misconduct. In such cases, any bonus balance may be forfeited, though actual deposits will be refunded (except in cases of fraud).

Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, members can self-exclude from Score Crazy for anywhere between 7 days and permanently. This option is activated at the member's own request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Score Crazy's licensing jurisdiction. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
